Ordered a package from Amazon on a order total of about $700.00. I ordered a GPU and some zipties that weight on total about 1.8 kg. They took no signature and they have a picture of the package in the driver's hand in front of my house. The problem is that the package was sent under my Mother's name. My mom was working out in the garden at the same time the dude made the delivery and just asked her if she was [My mom's name] and she said yes. The dude gave her the package and left. . For context my last refund was about 2 weeks ago on a $60 computer accessory and there is only one purchase in between the computer accessory and this GPU purchase. Will DNA method still work? Or should I try to use empty box method? Or just send it in into Amazon's warehouse and try again at a later date?

they will most likely start a investigation which means the driver will come to your house and talk to your mom. So if your mom has no idea what your doing, return that shit. But if shes knows and doesn't care, since it was no sig, you can do the DNA method or nothing in the box and it was tampered with outside my house and start complaining how the driver didn't ring the door bell and just left it...

I was thinking that when I the carrier investigation opens that I would answer the door and talk to him in my Mother's place and say that she's at work and that her English isn't very good.

Going to do empty box. They said they will investigate it and let me know within 72 hours.

They did say though they weighed it when it left their shipping department and it was again weighed when it was received at Intelcom.... Hopefully it all works out.
