Thanks for the help but its too late now. I've already claimed it was empty so uhhh don't think I can do DNA anyway. The driver also saw my Mom enter my house so... yeah lol.

From reading what you have said, anyone could've claimed that box by saying yes. I wonder if the method of "Box didn't deliver".

I believe OP's chances of successfully SE'ing this has possibly decreased drastically by claiming empty box.
This is why I personally despise this method.
If you can execute this well OP, you will be able to get the refund. Give us updates so we can help you out even more!
