Amazon Police Report Help 09-26-2019, 03:03 PM #1
Hello,
Just tried an Amazon Refund, Im stuck as they told me to file a police report. I tried the method Empty Package.
For a mobile phone Samsung A50 of $364.
its my first try.
Any Help? or Advice ?

You done fucked up don’t do the empty method for expensive items which weigh more than 60 grams, only thing you can do is file a police report

If i managed to file police report and then how can i proceed ? Send them a scanned one ? corrupted one ?

Honestly not entirely sure I had this exact situation happen a week ago I ordered a £280 jacket and I was silly enough to say it’s empty even though the jacket weighs a ton all they did was check the weight and boom it was over for me. I quit when they told me I had to do the police report as I believe it’s too much hassle. Maybe other experienced people who has recovered from this situation can help ( will also help me as I am trying to get a refund for that jacket without getting a police report). Best of luck to you mate.
