Amazon OTP 07-07-2021, 06:32 PM
#1
Recently I DNA'd some Airpod Pros coming at £180. There was no OTP for this.
Today I am wanting to DNA a headset for £130 but for some reason they require OTP.
I assume with OTP the DNA method wont work, because obviously there will be a trace of ur password being used.
Would the Empty Box method work? Where I tell customer support there was nothing in the box that I had received
This is the OTP details -

Very heavy for this method
Item weight 426 Grams
The OTP from Amazon is messing me up quite a lot here. I read the bypass on socialengineers but I don't really want to go to that extent. I'm not sure if you know much about the OTP but is it for every single order over x amount, and do I need to do 1 legit purchase to remove the OTP for expensive items.
I could do the SE on SteelSeries themselves but I believe they use Hermes as a courier so would make DNA lots harder, I am also not too sure if SteelSeries work to SE.

Yes, It's too heavy for the missing Item method.

Yes, I'm aware of how an OTP works but If the above Is the case with your order, why didn't they request an OTP for the AirPods which Is more expensive than this Item?

Always perform a lot more legit purchases In between SEs.

Why not opt for the wrong Item received or If the packaging Is suitable, the sealed box method?

Do you think I could go through with amazon, use the OTP and then try the wrong item recieved?
I'm not sure what item I could say I have received instead, fairly new to this method.

Absolutely.
It doesn't matter how you accept the package, but rather you've received a wrong Item to what was originally ordered.

Purchase a very cheap Amazon stock Item of equal weight preferably from the same product category.
As an example, If you're SEing a 1TB SSD worth 199$, the wrong Item can be a 15$ computer mouse. Be sure the wrong Item Is performed on a separate account.

Thank you for the help, you're amazing.
Could this method perhaps work on high-value items such as an Apple Ipad or Macbook Pro and claim I received something like a "Kindle" or something electrical of similar weight.
I was reading which I believe is written by you an in-depth talk about the "Wrong Item Received Method" which I will refer to as WIR on socialengineers.
It talked about how the item must not be in a film or anything, (like an Apple Box) because when they do an internal investigation they will be able to see the worker putting your item in the box. It said preferably the item you do WIR on has to be in a cardboard box so they cannot see the contents inside. So I assume apple products won't work? How would I know what I can/cannot WIR on/how they are packaged by the manafacturer.
Thank you for the help and I hope the above-made sense.

It certainly can work, but due to the value of the Item, do expect a lengthy claims process.

Yes, I'm the author of every article on social engineers- It's my blog.

If CCTV cameras are In operation (which Ebuyer, ASOS, John Lewis, Argos and My Very are a few companies that do have them In place), they monitor the packing tables (usually overhead) and as such, their footage will conclude that the Item was correctly packed and dispatched.

It's Impossible to generalize for every Apple product.
You need to research the Item you're planning to SE- to Identify Its packaging, and whether It's suited to the wrong Item received method.

If this is the case does this stop the WIR method from working?

The only way It will work, Is If the Item Is enclosed In a box that's fully covered In cardboard, and you claim that there was an Incorrect Item when you opened the box. That's called "the wrong Item received manufacturer error".
The cameras obviously cannot see through cardboard.
