Hello everyone, I have a question for the experts. They say there's a method that allows completely removing the OFM restriction from an account. Personally, I know how to lift it only for 48 hours, but I'm aware that many SE can lift it permanently.

I would be grateful for any information.

Do you mean when your account is closed? You can have it reinstated for 48hours by emailing them that you need to return etc. However, this is useless because you can't use it to refund anything. Only return center can process a return now and they will never refund you for any ongoing LIT/FTID.

If your account is still open and you are just talking about ofm warning, you cannot remove it either. Only thing you can do is stay away from doing any refunds not to trigger account closure.

I understand what you're saying, but my point is a little different.

There are ways that SE can remove the blockage completely and then the refund center will refund your payment.

There is no way to do that. Once your have had your account closed for abuse that is it, the account becomes restricted permanently. Regular customer service and supervisors can't even help, which is why they will tell you to email the specialist.

unless it's a mistake and they review the account to see that then no that is it.

If you have made a decent amount of legit orders between then yes. If not then look for another site or fill out your account with more orders

I’ve made about 60 legit orders since last summer when I last did it. Not to that sort of value though, would you risk the £430 Series 9 or shall I go for an older model?

I think it's not a big amount at all for an account like this, I did an apple Watch 9 last fall on a fresh account with no problems, it was a little over a month old

Personally I've had the OFM e-mail in december 2022 and last month I was able to do a legit return without any problem on the same account. Maybe it gets away with time

What kind of letter did you receive in the message? warning or about closing your account?
