Ridiculous.

They could've made the whole thing up.
It even came out of nowhere. I was not even expecting it and boom on a random day they just with me with that. At first I thought it was .fr cause maybe I fucked my refund but no it was .de
Their response Is quite poor - no justification whatsoever.

They need to reference precisely which part of their terms you've violated.

Will CS reply to these kind of things when I email them on cs-reply?

i leaned, if your account is locked and you have to contact ofm@ you are fucked.
The ofm@ email, is mainly to protect amazon. support (cs mail) cant do anything, anymore.
the supporters having just a small system. even if they told you your account gets unlocked, its not true. they cant make decisions if your account is in this "ofm" hole.

its very low chance, that your account getting unlocked after ofm@ locked your account. They dont believe anything, if they see some trace of fraud activity.
cs cant do something. but ofm@ will keep the same answer, finally on some mail, they will answer, they will not react anymore to your messages.

They must elaborate on the terms you've violated - which Is precisely your argument, so use It with every communication.

If CS don't reply, email every other department.

RE: Amazon OFM #25
Let me quote the OFM email as well, FYI it has been Google translated by me
"Good day,

We have closed your Amazon.de account for violating our Terms of Service. We have canceled and refunded all pending orders on this account.

Digital content that you have purchased through this account is still available to you. You can access it by clicking on the My Content and Devices link in the My Orders menu on Amazon.de.

If you wish to appeal this decision, please reply to this email to be connected with an account specialist. Our Customer Service team can only confirm that we have sent you this notice and assist you with any technical issues. Employees cannot reverse this decision or provide further details on the subject.

regards

Account Specialist

www.amazon.de"

I got a reply from them saying

Hello,

We've reviewed our decision to close your account and concluded that it's in line with our policies. As a result, your account remains closed.

Your account is directly linked to an account that we closed due to misuse of our services, which is a violation of our terms and conditions.

Digital content purchased through this account will still be available to you. You can access it by clicking Manage Your Content and Devices from the My Orders menu on Amazon.de.

Best regards

Ask Amazon to delete your account,(and all your other accounts)

Wait 6 months and use new device, payment info and everything will be ok

Amazon is doing a great job linking accounts lately.

If you're OFM'ed just give up you will never be able to order again with that account

Not about ordering. I have an unfinished refund which timeline has passed and I need to contact CS to get it finished

I know they will keep some information

But it's better to have it deleted.

Yes, I did, they only keep delaying my needs. They keep pushing it always, "24 hours or 48 hours".
