some time ago, this verifier appeared in the USA, but an ID was asked for before paying for the order, but as you can see, it also came to Europe quite quickly, try to draw a document

What was the item your returned? Have you returned a lot of items from this account? There must be a reason for them to ask for your ID

I was just asking if they could use this info to cause some legal troubles .. is it okay to give them what they want ? Since indeed i've did some digging online and in some cases including what you mentioned they could Actually make such request

i mean if it's something like those affidavits we sign when claiming DNA that are not legaly binding then i think im okay with that ..

A third party could collect this information for them. Then if you do a second-time refund on for example a new account and the ID information matches, they cannot give you a refund. They should have somewhere an explanation about how they use the ID information they collect but it is just hidden somewhere as they always do that.

You don't mention the item or the price of it. As far as I googled it. It mostly effective highly-priced items

Probably there is some kind of change in their return policies. Because I have complaints from 2 guys that Amz will not accept their returns even 1 day after the return window is closed. This was never an issue before. You just contact them and they create a return label even if it's 20 days after return window is closed....

Can't you photoshop some pixels?
Ordering a fake is an option too if you don't want the hassle of editing pictures. Shouldn't matter which country and it doesn't have to be a good fake.
Not sure if such discussion is allowed on here.

Anyone else having this issue with returns on amz.de? Got some feedback from other users been requested the same. But most of them got an ofm or buyer returns emails informing them they returned false goods before, quoting order numbers and items names. After that when returned an item ID was requested from them.
