just checking if anyone has successfully done a lit on amazon. can you share your emailed response or something? I have a chargeback going right now and they have responded that they are in touch with the bank dealing with it. i assume they're going to fight it but if I can prove Amazon does refund for return packages lost my bank will probably take that as a piece of evidence I don't know just wanna get ready

yes, after 2 weeks they said wait another 2 week, after 4 weeks they closed my account, they had asked for drop off receipt and I gave it to them but they still said wait 30 days, they didn't do any investigation as far I know they closed my account and said they can't help with refund so I opened a claim

yes, after 2 weeks they said wait another 2 week, after 4 weeks they closed my account, they had asked for drop off receipt and I gave it to them but they still said wait 30 days, they didn't do any investigation as far I know they closed my account and said they can't help with refund so I opened a claim

They wont refund you after 30 days if your account is fresh with low order volume and value. In the meanwhile they will do a manually review of your account and if it is linked they will OFM you. They do 30 days now because people wont be able to return the item if 14 days failed/OFM.
