Also, as extra advice. ALWAYS go with somebody who uses the Amazon scripts, as they are usually new to working at Amazon and usually won't defer from the script, which always tells them that the customer is right and you should do everything the customer asks. They will ever rarely check that you've contacted them before.

The more experienced representatives usually type out their messages and are more personalised with you.

Scripted representative:
"Hello Xname, thank you for contacting Amazon! I am Dragon! Thank you for being an Amazon Prime member! Am I talking to Xname?"

Isn't it going to look a bit suspicious when you go through 5 reps in 2 minutes? Or can they not see that?

I think they can see it but only if they actually check. If you mention you've spoken to somebody about it, they may pull up the log to see what you've spoken about.

I once contacted about 7 representatives within 20 minutes until I got somebody who finally did what I asked them to!
