i have a bunch of legit orders from amazon and im hoping to se a I7 7700k this week i have never done it before someone please message me with some help!!!

Buy it, open a live chat saying it doesn't work, send them an old $10 cpu. That's what I did and got a £220 refund for an i5 7600k.

Please, correct your language and forum category. What you're asking for help with is not social engineering, it's theft. Barring any issues with forum rules (I really don't care about the potential illegal activity), this thread belongs in Lounge->Serious Discussion.

Why would you try to snatch something of that value first. Why not start lower and work your way up so your account isn't flagged?

You shouldn't ever use the same target twice. Take your time, lay out your goals, make a bulletproof game plan and then execute it. If you can't or aren't sure if you can accomplish the task, don't do it right away, step back and collect your materials and try to come up with a different approach.
