so i got the cpu but theyre telling me to contact the manufacturer (AMD) i told them the item is defective (bent pins)

ok so they told me i should drop the item to the dhl and they will refund me , do you think this is succesful

bcs im new idk what to do lol, well i didnt go with dna bcs, the driver asked for my sign, although im gonna get my refund today they said once dhl got my package

i think i cant double dip tho its ok its just first time , ill do better nexttime

Claim It's faulty, but they will expect the laptop be returned.

You can then use the disposed of the faulty Item method to circumvent the return.
