Update

Yesterday I filed the PR and I provided it to them via e-mail. After that I called them and asked to move on quick as I was really pissed off for time I was losing. During the call they asked me if I wanted refund or replacement for the stuff s&s by them. I said full refund.

Today at 6.45am they sent refund confirm for 700€+ with apologies.

Hence as mentioned In my post above pertaining to police reports:

The majority of claims, have a successful outcome In favor of the SE.

This clearly demonstrates and solidifies the fact, that a police report (In circumstances of this nature) Is nothing more than moving forward with the claim.
