Amazon.DE tried instant #1
Hello! I tried to refund the iPhone 12 128GB from Amazon.de, I heard that empty box method works so I tried it at all. Of course I said there's no phone inside the package only Apple box and accessory. Of course I mentioned that everything was okay with package no damages etc. They refused to help and want me to file Police Report, what can I do?
I don't know if FTID still works for it.

A PR Is simply required for administration purposes to move forward with your claim.

Go ahead and file one.

You can file one at your local police station or If available, do It online.

Doesn't police contact you afterwards and need you to come up with explaination what's going on?
Sounds like trouble!

I've yet to experience anything of the sort.

The police has better things to do, than to waste their time and valuable resources on a one-off Incident claiming an Item was missing, that's out of their jurisdiction and purely related the company In question.

What would happen if you would repeat this method very often? I mean, the police reports. Would they actually notice it? What do you think?

Anything that's abused will raise suspicion.
