Still nothing, seems like they just like suspending their consumers

I had this problem with Amazon UK. I had a legit account put on hold because I placed a large order on a new card that was mine, sent over all the details and I kept getting told to resubmit. I got in touch several times and just kept getting told to wait 24-48 hours for a response. Literally never heard anything back.

Then I got told by a member of their support team to simple just "make a new account" and use that one instead, so I did and I have had no problems on it since. Just found it odd being told to make a new Amazon account as, as far as I am aware its against their T&C's to have multiple accounts owned by the same person? I could be wrong though.

You can have multiple buyer accounts, but not seller accounts - unless permission Is granted by Amazon.

A friend of mine has recently started doing refunds. His method is to create new accounts, make a bunch of small orders with Amazon GCs, and then make a somewhere 3-5k "refund" purchase with his Revolut VCC, but after a while, Amazon just puts the whole account and order on hold and asks for utility bill with names and etc... Has happened a bunch of times and now it happened again the day the items were supposed to arrive.

Whats his refund method?

Not enough.

If every Identifiable detail Is changed, Inclusive of payment systems for each account created, you will not experience any Issues.

Maybe his Revolut VCC is flagged? Have you tried using a different payment method?

Yeah had this issue. They ended up closing the account and then restored it. I had to go through a bunch of account change reps though.

Does Amazon specifically give reason why the orders are put on hold?
