Is the CPU visible from the outside? If not, I would personally use MEB in this refund.

Claim that upon opening the package the CPU wasn't in it, and if they ask was the box damaged or not say no it wasn't.

Sealed box method would work? I could try it

Update: they let the parcel inside the letter box, it’s actually without the cpuFan… I could just dna tomorrow

Hey guys, so took quite a few phone calls
Because .fr they don’t even try to speak in English even when I forced them too they always tried to delay the call by making me staying in the line for 30 to 40 minutes, so I was forced to speak French 😅.
Okay let’s go.
So I stated that the carrier always lets the pick up point paper as always and at this time he supposedly put it in the mail box ( that’s why I DNA) they firstly delayed 2 days and said to call them again after that they said to wait more few days and if today (Sunday) the parcel is not in the mail box, to give them call to get the Refunded or a replacement.
So I succeeded with the refund.

So I call them and they refunded in 3 minutes
