Alibaba dna query 04-26-2023, 11:23 AM

Hey,
I bought a moissanite diamond tennis chain worth £212 from Alibaba and I wanted to dna it. I can’t find what courier is going to deliver my package but I’m using the ‘express’ shipping method and my shipping provider is ‘Alibaba.com logistics’. I received a tracking update saying ‘in transit -Eviav’ and when I search it up it shows me things about Royal Mail so i’m guessing Royal Mail will be delivering it.
My account has got 2 previous legit purchases worth around £20 each so I was wondering if I should dna it or not assuming Royal Mail will deliver my parcel.
Does anyone have any experience doing dna with alibaba?
Any help would be appreciated.

It doesn’t say on the website however looking at other chains from other sites, it’s assume it’s between 40-50 grams. I can also confirm that it is delivered by Royal Mail and no proof of postage is required.
Update, I wasn’t at home when the package was delivered and they left it in a cupboard next to my front door. There seems to be no proof of delivery and that cupboard can be accessed by anyone so it could easily have been stolen. I think dna would be perfect for this.
However I’ve heard that Alibaba and AliExpress customer service don’t do much regarding dna and on the other hand I’ve heard they’re easy when it comes to dna. so what can I say to make them take the claim more seriously?

What's the precise weight?
@mothered
did you ever pursue the DNA on alibaba?
The forum is going downhill.
I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day. I have no incentive to contribute publicly and reward the undeserving. If you feel the same and would like to discuss privately, please reach out.

Yes, it was a long winded process and I said the chain wasn’t in the box I think and the seller wasn’t having any of it. When I disputed it with Alibaba they sided with the seller and I didn’t get the refund.
Thank you for the effort broskii

the most outrageous thing is that the Chinese very often do not want to return money to people who have really suffered from theft
