Hello guys, I am gonna try to refund my electric scooter worth 2000$
I received yesterday after 3 months,
I opened a dispute saying inside the box was full of wooden stuff and pellet
they asked me for pictures and I just sent random wood pictures and part of the box.
Let's see how's gonna be.
Do you never tried to se Alibaba for big amount of money?
Actually the seller is kinda in panic.

just flexed inside a long box.
The original weight of everything was about 40kg
Outside the box was just a standard brown box for normal shippings.

If It didn't come packaged with any wooden particles, It may be difficult to justify your claim.

This is very sad since what you bought can be considered to be a high end section. As such the seller A) Probably doesn't get many sales in this range. B) Already reported to their boss or whatever on big trade. C) Will be held responsible for it.
This really hits me hard. Mind doing amazon next time?
