1.1 Buy any cheap phone with second Acc around the same time
2. SE that I received a wrong item
3. Send them back the cheap phone

I guess that should be possible since MediaMarkt should operate likely to Amazon with a more or less huge warehouse.

Other option would be LIT with Water-Soluble Paper...

Not a big deal at all, because with an EB you assume the Product Box itself was empty.
And unless they can proof to you that there was a product inside its box, which they cant, you're good to go

Oh I see. I have already read the description of the EB strategy but I actually thought it was mostly about the package, the outer package/parcel. Especially because it's so important to seal it with a tape of a different color. But sure, now it's clear why it makes sense to send back the original branded product packaging as well but leaving this one empty.

Will you work with a replica? Or will you just reseal it without putting anything in it? Also thought of hitting mediamarkt.

I will then drive home and switch the original iPhone with the dummy and reseal it to perfection.

To make it more believable, I will buy the iPhone 14 Pro in the correct color afterwards.
Later on I will sell the 13 Pro and basically got a 14 Pro for free
