It's no fault of your own that they're taking so long, hence there'd be an exception with the 30 day period.

They responded with a bit of a long email so I will just summarise it, they said with Toll investigations that it was delivered to the correct address and handed over to me, they also mentioned that they have interviewed the driver and provided the GPS co-ordinates which places the driver at the address at the time of the delivery. Also saying if I believe it was stolen I should file a PR. What should I do is the SE failed?
