In terms of vulnerabilities, they're both much of a muchness, particularly In-store SEing.

No.

5.3 grams for each AirPod and 50.8 grams for the MagSafe Charging Case. Do the math for the total weight.

I’ve seen that they are using the same seals as the AirPod 3 which makes them a lot easier to do the seal box method, if I were to do this and return them in store what would be the chances they check the box if I reseal it perfectly

Pretty good chance against JB Hi-Fi and Officeworks.

It'd be a different story with Harvey Norman - they tend to check returns for Inconsistencies.

Alright thanks for the help I’ll try to do the seal box with jb In store then eb officeworks. Also if they do check it and there’s nothing in the box, there’s no evidence that i took the item out was me correct?

I'm assuming you've got EB and Sealed Box mixed up/combined. For sealed box you'd take the AirPods out and replace it with something else of identical weight, for empty box you'd just claim the box came empty - though for in store I doubt that would work.

Depends on what approach you want to take though, for EB I'd order online and go through live chat/email/other means of contact but for sealed box it'd be pretty effective in-store, particularly when they're inundated with customers.
What I meant was if I do sealed box and return in store and they check the box and see that theres nothing in it, there’s no evidence linking it to me.
