Hi everyone, what’s the best method to SE airpod pros using EB?

I was thinking either Amazon or apple directly. Leaning more towards amazon as they have a larger return window incase the SE goes sideways.

Located in USA and have the ability to fill out a PR online if needed

I did this not long ago, 1-2 weeks ago if I'm correct. All I did was call them up, took 3 minutes on the phone explaining how it was empty and not tampered with, they said they'd escalate it. 1 hour later they sent out a replacement which I have returned for a full refund.
