The civil matter quote was from the police when I tried to submit a police report.

I haven't shared it with them yet, is there anything in particular I should say along with the quote from the police? They seemed pretty adamant on not moving forward until they had a PR.

It's the first thing you should've done.

They've asked for a PR and the police cannot provide It, so they must disregard their request.
