If you're claiming empty box, wouldn't it make more sense to call up instantly? People may wait 24 hours if doing a DNA because the company will reply with "might have been a delay, please wait 24 hours"

That's what I thought, I called up like 30 mins after, got put through to a "specialist" colleague he had a semi serious tone of voice. He said he'd email me a form to fill out and once I had he would refund it. Saying shit like carrier investigation, prob cause it's a hot item
