Put this SE aside. Create another completely different account, contact Argos and claim the Item Is faulty. When they request the return, box them- the Item Is light enough to do so. Prior to this though, review their terms and establish whether they (Argos) are responsible for loss of goods during transit. If so, or If there's no mention, you're good to go.
You're most welcome.
I'm trying my utmost best to get this SE to succeed, and exhausting every possible avenue I can think of.
"The terms and conditions of Argos state "Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you."
As i didn't have the items when it was delivered to me it is your issue to deal with. Therefor this situation needs to be investigated by you and dealt with. It is a civil matter and should be dealt with by Argos."
Ill reply back on here with what they said. Do you think i should ring up paypal or argos?
