DNA Worked and received the refund, only took a week of investigations, I did call a few times to see where my claim stands and they just said the same thing over again "we will provide you with email updates on how your claim is progressing and you can expect to hear from us within 5-7 business days". Anyways got the refund, Thanks for the help @mothered
