I absolutely agree.

My previous post Is based on a successful outcome (with the EB and DNA), without any discrepancies/Inconsistencies whatsoever.

^ I've mentioned the same many times In various posts.

A prime example to refrain from using the flawed so-called FTID garbage.

Correct, there's no evidence to suggest you've personally received the package.

Simply say you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

No problem at all.

Check out the articles on my blog - every method Is listed.

Absolutely.

You were on vacation for a few days and upon your arrival home, the delivery didn't arrive as expected.

You're most welcome.

So would you say waiting a few days to claim DNA would improve odds, or does it matter at al?

You were waiting all day for the package to no avail, so contact them the day after the delivery.

RE: Adidas help #14
Do not try DNA on adidas. I recently tried this with 2 pairs of UB from them and been going back and forth with Adidas. They did a claim with FedEx and they said gps indicated it was delivered. Claim failed and adidas can't do anything about it. I tried pestering adidas every 2 days but the issue stands. I've disputed with my cc company. Wish I had tried a different SE method with them. Best of luck with your SE.

No major Issues on my end.

As with every company, dealing with stubborn reps who refuse to budge Is Inevitable.

I'm usually quite stubborn and persistent. Just that this SE from adidas has been over 2 weeks of constant back and forth with different adidas reps who follow the books. They said the claim with FedEx got declined and nothing can be done. Reopening the claim would result in the same outcome as gps shows delivered.

I argued that gps is not confirmation that the packages were delivered to me aka end-user. They said they are not responsible since the claim got declined. I even ask for definitive proof, no luck.
