Adidas declaration 10-01-2019, 12:04 AM
#1
I was asked to sign a declaration as I am trying to refund a pair of shoes on Adidas, should I do it? They say they need it to proceed with asking the warehouse and the shipping company about the package. I used empty shoebox method.
It says :
Legally binding declaration
I/we hereby declare that the above mentioned parcel has not come into my/our possession.
I also declare that the signature was not made by me or by any person known to me.
Thanks for any help.

Considering it's legally binding, I'd say don't do it.

Don't worry about it. It's a scare tactic. No court will investigate missing trainers

To add to the Adidas saga. I just got off chat with them and the rep. was telling me I have to "file a trace" with Fed ex Carrier.
Order is $240. One pair of shoes attempted DNA. Next move guys?

Will do, I sincerely apologize, not my intention at all. Again, I have nothing but the upmost respect for everyone here.

Here’s a data point for you: they gave me a refund for shoes. I ordered a t shirt a jacket a sweater and shoes. The account was aged too, I had one previous order from 3 months ago.
