This Is good news. There's no evidence of receipt of goods.

Prior to suggesting the best course of action, I needed to establish the consignment's delivery. Wait another day or two, check the tracking status and If It's still marked as not delivered, go ahead and claim just that. Also tell them how frustrated you are, by having to wait for the package to no avail.

Alright that sounds like a good plan

The reason I've suggested to wait, Is to make sure the consignment doesn't change and remains In It's not delivered state.
