Onload or onclick ads.
I have no experience in that part, do you actually get banned if you're using these kinda ads?

Don't suggest me Adsense.

Edit: Rephrased.

What niche are you looking for? Personally I prefer affiliate ads.

I have no personal preference as of now.
You got any suggestions?

I'd personally just search for affiliate programs on the web, if you have a partner program you have usually full control of how you send the visitors to the site as long as the referrer is your site or contains a parameter containing your id. It mainly depends on the affiliate program you use.

For example if you have a website that is aimed at webdesigners just look for webdesign affiliate programs. If you have a forum you can do targeted ads in this way so each section will show ads related to where the user is on your forum/website.

Rephrased the previously poorly written thread to avoid any confusion.
Still looking for suggestions.

I would say for serious adware either Malwarebytes Pro or Super Anti-Spyware Pro. Both of these paid-versions have live protection that help protect against spyware and adware.
