Able to get a refund through an investigation?

I ordered a gaming monitor and tried to get a refund on it and they said that they will investigate this and email me within 1-2 business days. What are the chances of me being able to pull this off since it seems they've upped their security.

Hey man, which method did you use? Did you just say you didn't receive it or you made up something else? It changes a lot the way you do it.

As I keep mentioning, an Investigation Is part of company protocol based on the circumstances of the account holder's request at the time.

It's nothing new. In fact, a lot of Investigations have resulted In a successful (SE) outcome.

I used the "Marked as delivered but didn't receive" method.

How do I work my way around it after the investigation is done?

Ah i see, good choice to not to go for an expensive monitor right away.
If i may ask, doesn't the carrier that delivers the parcel to your house make you sign something at all?
I assumed you are from the USA, not really familiar with that country, all i can say is that here in europe (at least from amazon) everything you order has to be signed by the buyer at the time of deliver.
That would make your method useless.

That would be unthinkable where i live.
