You've missed something.

If each and every Identifiable detail, device, etc has been changed, It's Impossible to link your account. The phone's MAC address doesn't travel to an external network but to play It safe, there's no harm In changing It.

I'm receiving the nike package tomorrow, 2 shoes, a tracksuit and a tshirt, DHL is delivering it. A few hours after I get the notification that I received it on the DHL site I'll contact nike and use DNA method. I think calling is the best option right? Or should I use live chat?

imo if u feel comfortable to talk with someone and u can handle it, call is better option chat seems kinda sketchy to me

I called them, said I did not get anything while courier site says it was deliverd. They opened up an investigation with their senior team. Is that bad?

UPDATE: After the first contact I contacted them every 1-2 days (mostly via live chat but I called 1 time). Each time they said I had to wait 24 hours or few more days. Today I got the refund, I haven’t been called and I haven’t received an email either, I just got refunded the money is back in my account. So it is a succes. Next hit will be the Meta Quest 2. I will make a new thread shortly for that. Thanks for the help mothered
