I use DNA hit it
They closed my account.
How should I reply

I feel sorry to know that you haven't received the order. I can relate as it's important to get orders on time. But don't worry we are here to help you. As promised we raised it with our carrier and got a response that. The package was placed under investigation and we have an update. The package was not located during the investigation. The driver reports the package was released without signature but left at the correct location and scanning supports the delivery.
I would request you to please check and confirm the following checks one by one.
Can you please confirm the address you've provided is correct?
Please confirm if you've checked that your parcel is not with anyone else at the address.
Please confirm if you've checked it with your neighbors if it has been possible and safe to do so.
Please confirm if you've checked any safe places (behind bins, porch, shed etc).
Please confirm if you've checked for a carrier calling card (including your letterbox).
Please confirm if you've checked with your local post office.
Lastly, please declare. I declare that I have not taken receipt of this parcel, nor has anyone else on my behalf and should it be located at a later time I will return it to ASOS.
If you still haven't received your parcel after checking all the place, please reply to this email with the confirmation of all the checks onw by one and we'll surely take the further action on this.

Confirm, confirm, confirm on everything. It's standard procedure with ASOS, happened to me as well. Live chat is easier because it's pretty much instant. But just respond and confirm everything.
