I ordered 2 items from asos to a brand new address and account, never done it before, was gonna do the under 150£ PEB method for an instant refund, but they delivered the package to my front porch even though I haven't selected any safe place, does this mean DNA could work in this case if so what do you think the chances of success are out of 100 from experience?

DNA could work, i dont think it makes a difference to whether or not the representative will issue the refund as it's still within the limit they can process without escalation.

Yes they have escalated it and it is under investigation with the carrier, I don't see why they wouldn't issue a refund when it was in a bad neighbourhood and left at plain sight, I was surprised it was still there when I came.
