Hello (deleted for privacy),
Thanks for getting in touch with us about your order (deleted for privacy). I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to locate your order.
I've had a look for you and it looks like our carrier StarTrack delivered it on Thursday, 4th October at 12:03pm. It was 'left in a sale place'.
The delivery address you gave us for this order is:
(deleted for privacy)
If this delivery address is correct and you haven't received your order, it's worth:
· Asking anyone else at the delivery address if they've taken delivery of your parcel
· Checking with your neighbours to see if they've accepted it for you
· Taking a look in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins, or in a shed, garage or porch
· Checking at your local post office
If you're still unable to find your parcel after carrying out all of the above checks, please get back in touch confirming your delivery address and I'll be able to help you further.
If you need anything else in the meantime, please feel free to let me know and I'd be more than happy to help.
Best Wishes,
