In this case, It's simple.

The CPU Is light enough to not use dry Ice. Only return the box/package showing signs of tampering.

What are the consequences in case this goes wrong? Still gotta pay for it? Because i dont have paid it yet. High success rate? I dont know exact weight of the package/item
