ALTERNATE.NL SE/Refunding - Typer - 02-24-2023
Hi all,
Today I’ve acrossed Alternate.nl on my path. It sells all kinds of electronics. Its my first order and first try on this shop. I dont know what to expect from them exactly. Payment option I’ve chosen is Riverty Afterpay. I’ve read their policy and they’re liable for it ( if i read it correctly lol). They ship with DHL or PostNL my local carrier. The article I’ve chosen is a AMD Ryzen processor worth around 300. I think i should go for a DNA? Let me know what you guys think. Will update topic later.

Where did you find whose policies and that they are liable? Cant find anything.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with us until the moment of delivery to you or to a third party designated by you, unless you have opted for a delivery method that we do not offer as standard.

They've cleverly worded It In a sense that they'll use GPS/tracking to confirm the delivery, and decline your claim for nonreceipt of goods.

Someone i know has successfully used dna on alternate.nl with a ps5 i dont know all the inside outs of the SE but i just know he had to fill in one paper and he got his refund.

I do like to take risks normally but i don’t want any kinds of headache right now with SE’ing. I’ll send item back when it comes.

I would try the SE if I were you, and if they balk, you can still send it back normally with a simple excuse.
