I wrote to support and they immediately told me that they were not transferring my case to the department, and after 3 hours they replied to me with this email which you see below. They didn't give me any way to argue back because they said to contact the European Internet Dispute Commission. Where did I go wrong this time? It always worked, except now. they have become tougher.
We are writing to you regarding the refund request you made to us for the order A7T71xxxxx, for an amount of: €189.00.
After careful consideration, it has been determined that we will not refund you. After your order has been placed, we will send you a shipping email with your order number and details of the product(s) you have purchased. We consider this dispatch email to be confirmation from our warehouse that the items have been packed and shipped in full.

I dont know if I’m living in an alternate universe but I’m still getting them to give me refunds just by mailing back empty envelopes.
First time on new accounts its a return on scan and then subsequent returns on same account like 2 weeks later when they process the empty bubble envelope.

Do you just use the return label they provide, or do you alter the label/create your own and send it somewhere nearby so it gets marked as 'delivered'? I tried to DNA an order recently and the rejected it after connecting it to another previous SE. I want to get them back. I kept the stuff, but it was a few expensive things, so I was left somewhat out of pocket getting stuck with the bill.
Thanks in advance. I always find your posts interesting (currently giving WayFair a go after reading some of your posts).

Thankfully they disregarded the account's age and history.
At the end of the day, It succeeded and that's all that matters.

Nope I don't change the label at all just tape it on an empty I think 9x6 inch size bubble envelope and mail.
Maybe everybody gave up on the method and its so blatant and lazy that its working again. Who knows but it's worked on several different retailers.

Thanks for that. Going to try it out. Hopefully this still works in Europe. Pre-paid postage anyway, so I've got nothing to lose!
