I've been doing this for around 12-14 days now ( Sort of lost track. )

Only noticeable changes is an increase in energy, the coldness wakes me up more I'm guessing.

Underwent this challenge on HF a few weeks ago. I managed to last a week before saying fuck it.

I've taken cold showers the past two months just because its so fucking hot out here that warm showers make me feel like total shit lol
