Day 1 of the Cold Shower Challenge.
Just jumped into the shower freezing cold, it was unbelievable, was in there for around 10 minutes then I got out, after a few minutes I started to get warmer, wasn't as bad as I was thinking it was.

Since the weather has gotten warmer most of my showers have been cold showers. Much more relaxing and very cooling. I could not. and would not, try this in the winter.
