Hey guys.

So i tried to do a partially refund (worked 2 items missing out of 3) got 100 dollars back on one account, same adress and name.

Then i did another purchase on another email with same adress, i claimed theyre were no shoes in the parcel and they refunded ASAP, no questions asked.

I have a another pair of shoes coming from one of the accounts, do you think its safe to try again on those? Since they didnt even ask any questions regarding the newest refund but just gave me the money.

Your shoes getting refunded shows their investigation didn't move literally anywhere.
I'd say it's safe to hit them again if reasonable amount of time has passed. Mind you your SE will inevitably fail if they cross check the weight of your parcel unless it's some ultra light flip flops.

Its better to do PEB and not EB on zalando. Also which Zalando did you do? They act differently.

Its zalando.dk - but i think its coming from germany if im not wrong.. But is there anything wrong in trying one more time? Or would that fuck future tries up?
