Given they've accepted that the earbuds were missing, there's every possibility that the cable was also not Included so as far as you're concerned, you didn't notice that, hence only claimed the earbuds.

If you stick with that story, there's every chance that It will work In your favor. If they refuse the refund due to the cable, simply tell them that you've found It (It slipped between the couch cushions when you unboxed It) and return It thereafter.

Good to read. I needed to verify It, otherwise If It was too heavy, your SE would most likely fail.

Shipping scales don't Increment that weight, so the company & carrier cannot confirm that It was enclosed at the time of shipment.

It's up to you.

As said In my earlier post, I personally would leave It as Is, but that's not to say that the SE won't work. I've outlined the reasons why It would and If you stick with that story, there's every chance It will succeed.
