i am very old member, maybe my profile settings are related to the date of account registration.

1) I have today noticed that my date of birth was displayed. It should not be by default for privacy reason.

2) Second thing, you restrict password length making hard to use strong passwords generated by password managers like Proton Pass. Please see if you can lift or increase characters limit.

3) it would be handy if i can change my username myself

4) text contrast to dark background should be increased by making the font color less grey and more white. Text is currently not enough readable when you set lower brightness on your display.]]>

It would be nice to have some sort of plugin that will flag content as most likely being written by AI. Maybe like a small AI badge in the top right of users posts when it believes it is AI written grammar / grammar patterns.

I think it would be useful here, especially since apart of the reason why people like forums is the genuine conversations you can have with the community. I personally feel disconnected when I know im reading something that was written by AI.
