How many photos are the best to send?

Send one at a time and keep doing so In different file formats with every request.

Assure them that they're working fine on your end, and that you can't understand why they cannot simply open them.

They've just responded to me that they can't offer a refund in this case because they can't open the file I've sent (for 3rd time)
they offered me that I could return the item though.
In the first email I've received post-support-chat they have stated that according to their return policy, this item could not be returned- therefore they need a photo to document the damage of the item before they can issue a refund or replacement.

My last message was something like

I checked both emails which I have sent you and the files are working fine I have taken another photo, it is clear where the fire has started

What can I do now? They asked me to return it but their policy is not-returnable item. Is this done for?

May I please ask about some ETA? I'm going to try many new methods and stores but I'm not as confident with my safety in these. I'd like to use a drop at least and the article would be so helpful you can't even imagine!

My apologies, I just realized I've said "this item could not be refunded" but it had to be "this item could not be returned". The post didn't make any sense

You can, however, return the Item by using our Online Returns Center

It either can or cannot be returned- It (obviously) can't be both. Go through their terms and clarify all the above.

Given they've stated that you can return It, simply box them.

Maybe I could call there and ask them what do they mean, that they said I can't return it and now suddenly I can, and ask them which statement is the truth because I am confused now.
And box them afterwards.. Oh well this turned out bad very quickly.

Well, they've stated that you can return It using their online return center, so use the link to print a return label and box them thereafter.
