What can I do about an amazon order that I’m trying to refund? They took a picture of it at my door. The item is fairly expensive and pretty heavy too so I wouldn’t be able to do something like say it’s not in the box. What are my other options?

You can try the package never arrived method. Or, the "package was in excellent condition, but it was full of paper" method.

Yea. order the clothes and tell the company that some of them are torn up.
Company will ask for pictures. Photoshop them and send it.
If company asks you to send, give them a good reason on why you cant

Don't do ebay man unless the seller is a well known company like bestbuy or something
Also, be careful with phones. IMEI can get blacklisted which means gg for you. If you're buying from a private seller, this most likely won't happen though

They won't press charges unless it's a small company or if the rep is having a bad day lol
