So on Saturday I dealt with the police report and they said come back on Monday in order for them to validate the report during the Police’s business hours or something. So its Monday and I just spoke to them and now they’ve told me  “ I have reviewed the order and this case is being handled by our Specialist team, I will need to refer you to them. Please allow 48-72 hours for them to give you an update via email.  “

what’s going on? are they just going to delay it even more in 48 hours or is there something I can do right now other than wait

They've forwarded your claim to a senior level for assessment, so they need to complete It before making a decision.

As such, you need to wait for that decision.

So i got the police report and sent it to them and they replied back to me with:

Amaz(spam)on Executive Customer Relations.

At this time, we're unable to validate your report with the police department. Please contact us after 4 June 2023 and we can review our options. Once 14 June 2023 passes, we're no longer able to assist.

What do you suggest? @mothered

Had this happen to me recently, they couldn't validate the PR because of data privacy laws and said they couldn't do anything until after that date passed, then they refunded me. It was long but eventually resolved itself

I’ll continue to contact them but i just don’t want to miss the return date just in case the refund doesn’t work so idk. This is the last message i received:

“I've reviewed your account and understand you're concerned about the empty package received While I know you're disappointed with our stance on this matter, I want to assure you the information you received from our team on 24 April 2023 is correct.

I’m gonna be SE’ing a pair of shoes and a duffel bag from the Nike website, I know the EB wouldn’t work because of the weight therefore would DNA be the best course of action. Is there a method that works better specifically for Nike or one that has the best success rate with them?

I am thinking of SE'ing a soda siphon from Amazon that costs less than a 100 euros so I am thinking of doing it without any account building, but the thing is I have already done an SE on amzn with no account building so I am not sure how could this go. Do you think if I switched domains to another country would it hold any significance? What way to do it do you think would be the best?

If you're planning to SE both Items In one hit, the DNA Is the best option.
