I formulated the question wrongly, can I send back other shoes of similar weight or will they look at the package differently due to failed DNA and it is better to send them back normally?

I tried to SE logitech its my first try. I tried to get a G29 i presented a receipt from PC Components and a proof of denial also, im not sure i did the receipts 100% but its somewhat good, she told me to wait 48/74h buisness hours. When she emails me back she is probably gonna ask me for video proof or some type of proof regarding the G29,
since i dont have one is the best way just to try to fake a phyisical receipt with the ticket number that the support gave me photoshop it into the g29 serial number picture? is there not an easier way??
