Then why are they not emailing you the evidence of their findings? That's what you need to focus on.

It must Include:

• Video footage
  
• All relevant details they have on hand
  
• The point of when the scans were taken
  
• The generated results of every scan
  

i tried again today with another person she mentioned the same thing that they have asked me previously for a pr and will need one to resolve the issue

went with the pushing for evidence she said the item was scanned upon delivery and the weight was displayed, i then mentioned about everything is inside but the cpu she then said we do not have pictures of that as it is boxed by manufacturer, to then i replied so how can you determine whether i got everything upon delivery to whhich she replied again with the weight stated and to bring a police report if i want to advance the issue

this seems like im flagged by getting the same responses would i have not been better to do the boxing method beforehand.

They're not addressing your request for evidence of their decision. They're stating to file a PR for the claim to proceed, so do exactly that.

yeah thats where i was trying to avoid as i thought i could report online and get a case number and sorted online wouldnt need to give address or phone number , a bunch of info , this is where boxing wouldve been better? as i wouldve claimed it was sent in box

thats basically what i did today and this time she actually stated the weight of package "0.42 Kilograms / 0.93 Pounds"


she also said this "I am sorry, we do not capture images as the box is packed by the manufacturer.
Anything else I can assist you apart from this?"

this is where i thought perfect i could use this and say what about upon delivery how did you check to her reply police report again n again

i have recently recived a hp monitor from SE, tho they wanted a RMA which was not explained at first. Though when i had called them they said they needed the invoice or the mointor back or they will charge me, but an hour ago i had received an email saying the case was closed. Does this mean i wont have to get back into contact with them and ive been given the monitor without any issues?

When trying to return a $8 item on Amazon they let me keep it and just refunded it automatically when I pressed the return button. Is there before they ask for it back?
