For now nope... They are waiting for a logistic email of feedback...every time I ask them, they reply as before, "we are waiting for a logistic email".... Endless answer...
Should they refuse to offer a refund, hit me up. I can provide you with PDFs of RMA approval + refund issued emails they sent me, you'd just need to edit a couple of details and give those to PayPal. They never answered to my claim.

just hit up the chat said i got a eb and they passed it on to their specialist team to investigate/assist further (no mention of a refund), ill update when they hit me back
Did you say the item wasn’t in the box but the accessories were, or the entire box wasn’t even in the parcel?
