Hi there, I recently was asked to provide a police report with status marked as complete for a SE (CA Amazon) for around $600~. How can I deal with this? This account has been years and hundreds of orders in total. Last SE was 6 months ago. TIA. By the way, can anyone explain what does EB, PR, etc represent? First timer here. Smile

A police report Is simply required to move forward with the claim, so It's fine to go ahead and file It.

EB = Empty Box
PR = Police Report.

what is the most reliable method of SE'ing when targeting stores like amazon/walmart and buying medium sized electronics (game console, laptop, ipads etc)
