Did they actually ask for the POP, or they simply dispatched the blades?

From my own experience, it looks like they don't need any POP in order to dispatch replacement blades.
It's when you ask for a refund that they get more inquisitive.

Tried this on Philips one blade. Said that bought 3 blades and cutted myself hard and they are sending me 2 fresh blades.

No POP. They asked for a product code from the box along with my address for some replacements. I simply said I didn’t have the box anymore.
I got a hand written note of apology also so I imagine this brand doesn't get too many complaints of this sort.
